Starcluster loadbalance error

Hi,

 

I got an error message " cli.py:279 - ERROR - cluster tg-cluster is not
running" when I execute "starcluster loadbalance tg-cluster". I was able
to see the tg-cluster after this command "starcluster listclusters".
Please help.
